Service Description

If you would like to add a little excitement to the package listed above, light it up. Package includes: (2) Electro-Voice (EV) ZLX-15P Active Speakers (indoors) or (2) Yorkville Elite EF15 Passive Speakers (outdoors) with (4) ADJ MegaPar Profile Plus RGB/UV Par Lights and (2) ADJ Inno Pocket Spot Twins (Movers)

Cancelation Policy

A cancellation will not be accepted within fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the event. If the event is cancelled within this window of time the client is responsible to pay the DJ the balance due. Once the DJ arrives at the venue, then by the terms agreed upon in this contract, the DJ will perform services at the event. DJ will not be held responsible for the inability to perform for the following reasons: ¥ Police or government official closing down location of event ¥ Location/Promoter losing license or otherwise rendering the facility inoperable ¥ Improperly equipped facility (i.e., loss of electricity) ¥ Legitimate conditions beyond his control. ¥ Fire, War, or Act of God *If the DJ must cancel for any other reason than those mentioned above, then the DJ shall refund 100% of the fee. NOTE: If this is a “Rain or Shine” event, DJ compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. For outdoor performances, Client shall provide overhead shelter for setup area. The DJ reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to him, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. The DJ's compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.
